  • Service details, pricing, and estimated completion times will be communicated clearly.
  • Completion times are approximate and may change due to issue complexity, part availability, or workload.
  • Certain issues may only become apparent after inspection, possibly requiring updated estimates.

We prioritize honest communication so there are no surprises during the repair process.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing reflects the value and quality of the services provided.

  • You will always receive an upfront estimate before any repair begins.
  • No hidden fees will be added without your approval.
  • Payment is required in full upon completion and collection of your device.
  • We accept multiple payment methods and issue receipts for all transactions.

Service rates may change over time, but once you approve a quoted amount, that price will remain fixed for that specific service.

5. Limited Warranty on Services

MacN’Droid provides a limited warranty on select repair services. Warranty details and duration will be provided when your device is returned.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover new damage caused by drops, spills, or misuse after collection.
  • The warranty becomes void if a third party opens or modifies the device following our service.
  • A valid receipt is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty reflects our commitment to quality while maintaining fairness.

6. Data & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. While servicing devices, we do not access, copy, or transfer your personal data unless necessary for service completion.

To protect your information:

  • Customers should back up important data before submitting a device.
  • MacN’Droid is not responsible for data loss during service.
  • All customer information is kept confidential and never shared with outside parties.

Additionally, we do not collect personal information through our website. Customer details are only gathered in-store or by phone when creating a service ticket in our secure point-of-sale (POS) system.

7. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to ensure quality repairs,MacN’Droid cannot be held responsible for:

  • Indirect losses such as missed work, project delays, or lost income due to device downtime.
  • Hidden or pre-existing issues discovered during the repair process.
  • Unforeseen complications outside our control.

We stand behind the integrity of our work but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the scope of service.

8. Abandoned Devices

To maintain an organized workspace:

  • Customers will be notified when their device is ready for pickup.
  • Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days will be considered abandoned.
  • After 60 days, MacN’Droid reserves the right to recycle or dispose of the device without compensation.

This ensures efficiency and fairness for all customers.

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your device and issue.
  • Respond promptly to communications or approval requests.
  • Pick up your device once notified of completion.
  • Avoid submitting devices involved in illegal activities.

10. Refusal of Service

MacN’Droid reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • Proof of ownership cannot be verified.
  • The requested modification is prohibited or unsafe.
  • Proceeding would violate laws or compromise service standards.
